LAGOON

This here is my most favorite ride ever at Lagoon.
Thats where i went on Friday. I went with our high school band. I also ended up with one of the coolest groups...with a few exceptions. I hanged out with Brooke Finlinson, my sister, Dan Stephenson, Alli Finlinson, Russell Wilken:( , Candice Wood, Brian Burr and Andrew Lee. Brian and Andrew were kids who were just kids without anyone to really go with so we invited them.
So this here ride is called "Wicked:". We didnt actually go on it until about later in the morning. I love it. And just about every ride there.
Theres a thing about roller costers though. The best thing is the adreneline right before you get on the ride and you hear people screaming while riding it. Or how about the jiggly feeling in your legs after your ride the "Rocket"? That's awesome too.
But the best part is who you ride it with. Even though half of the time you dont even see them on the ride cuz your paying attention to whats ahead ahead of you. Especially when you ride with your old 6th grade band teacher who is squirty looking and reminds you of sponge bob square pants since you watched that every other day in his class. Yep . I rode with one of my favorite teachers otherwise known as Mr. Andrade. Who happens to not really enjoy roller coasters but will still go on them. Especially when i asked him to go on the "Collassus " wtih me which we had already gone on with but with our groups since our groups had met up with each other. He was laughing the whole time i thought he was gonna let his lunch loose, especially when we went upside down twice. But he relieved me :)

Running

Isnt running a great thing to do? i mean its a pretty important sport to me. Its a time where i can actually think, but only when i dont have my music playing. If i do end up having my music turned on then i start singing out loud while im running with ragged breath. But if i just go without it , then thats where i enjoy the scenery that i pass at 6am in the morning. Its where i see horses eating their hay in the morning or pigs chewing on rocks:) its also where i see old couples weeding their garden together while sitting on stools so they wont hurt their back.
Life is running. Its the best feeling when you've finished running and you felt like you accomplished something that day. Then after running 1 1/2 miles you try for 2 miles the next day until you will soon get up to about 3-4 miles. I am up to just about 2 1/2 miles within 1/2 hour. Its a joyous feeling.
SO I ENCOURAGE ALL OF YOU TO GET OFF OF YOUR COUCH AND OUT ONTO THE ROAD WITH YOUR BEST RUNNING SHOES AND ENJOY THE SCENERY OF LIFE :)

Kyle Korver Moves On To Who?....THE BULLS?!?!?!

I personally think Kyle Korver has ruined his career. Just all by one little decision. A dumb decision that is - by moving away and leaving Utah just so he can be with the Chicago Bulls. Hello?! Its Chicago....come on ...he can do better than that. I mean I do have to admit , i think Chicago is one of my favoritest places outside of Utah.

But....man...the BULLS?? As you can see, im very disappointed. Kyle Korver belongs to the Jazz. He isnt just a player of the team. He's part of our one big happy family including the Jazz and us big fans. Yep, thats right, ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY!! And it wont be a happy family if we are losing our players. Especially the important ones and im not talking about Boozer for lanta's sake. Nope ...its Kyle Korver.

Hes a good player . Hes the only one i count on anymore to make 3 pointers. I sorta gave up on Memo. Now its up to Memo. since Kyle LEFT US!!!

But i understand he had to do what he had to....sorta:)

Did you know he is Christian.? Yep, and he donates 10% of his salary to charity. AWWWE Ee....isnt that CUTE!!! But also ....he has a tatoo. On his chest. But the good thing is its his favorite Bible Verse. Jeremiah 29:11. Look it up. Very inspirational.

I will miss Korver but i will have to move onssomeday. Maybe in about 2 years when he comes back to Utah.

Did i have say i want to name my little boy Korver?! haha:) im obsessed i know:)

VERONICA ANN POPI THOMAS( RONI)

This blog is gonna be about one of my best friends. Veronica Ann Popi Thomas. Or otherwise known as Roni. (center) She is freakin' hilarious. Do you know why she has such a long name? Well her real name is just Veronica Ann. But she said she was named Popi by an Indian Chief. Since shes part INdian i guess , pretty cool huh? And has one of the bestest personalities. Her laugh is so cute !!! The most interesting thing about Roni is that.....she wrestles. Yes , i know its really kind of weird for a girl to wrestle. But she is so amazing at it.

These pictures are of me , Roni and Shaylee LeFevre-my other best friend- at the Utah Summer Games . Our basketball went there to compete. Roni was on the team playing with us while she was doing wrestling there in Cedar City. Our whole team and our parents plus our coach all went to watch and cheer on Roni while she wrestled since we had nothing to do the whole day.

But i love Roni. She is also very manly. Literally. Shes the kind of girl who ends up graduating with D's. She's the one who i sat by in homeroom History with Topham. She's the one who just about got me in trouble every day in that class since she either talked to me in the back row, fell asleep by each other during a boring history movie on george washington, asked me to sing in from of the class or drew on the small chalkboard with johanna in the back of the class with colorful chalk. But i got through that class without even one single S in citizenship.

But for what it was, it was worth it. Even it had to be we had to be sent out in the hall.

She's a one of a kind friend. I love her so much......im so glad she's my friend. i admire her so much!

THE FINER THINGS CLUB

I had quite an experience on the 2nd of July. I was able to be a member of THE FINER THINGS CLUB. Yes. On this special day it happened to be the all night 4 on 4 volleyball tournament at the football field in my good old town of Delta, Utah. This special event was to begin at 8pm. And was to go all night long.

The other members of this team happened to be my good friends: Breanna Lovell....Nicole Anderson.....Jandy Johnson...and of course Bree's cousin....Megan. Ha ha. I dont know her last name. :)

We had so much fun. We werent even serious about winning. We went for just about any ball, fell over and laughed and looked like idiots. Very exciting i'd say. I ended up bringing a whole bag of food expecting to be there for a long time. I had packed and shared with our team crackers, granola bars and of course....Scooby Doo Snacks. (fruit snacks) . While we were eating all this food at about 10 pm we discussed the horrible outcome of the terrible movie that i've heard is exrociating.....Eclipse. I CANNOT BELIEVE IN THIS WORLD WHY SOMEONE WOULD MAKE A MOVIE ABOUT A GIRL FALLING IN LOVE WITH A VAMPIRE. MY STARS PEOPLE.....LETS GET OUR ACT TOGETHER . SHALL WE??!?

After eating and talking we played about our 3rd- 4th game of the evening. We played against a team in our grade. It was Josie, Morgan, Seth, and Malori. They are all pretty awesome. We ended up losing to them which meant we lost in the tournament. Yes....it was sad but fun. We ended up being done around 11pm so i didnt get to bed until around midnight. And the next day i had to be in the parade. lemme just say ....i thought i was on a hangover dude. ya that bad.

Near the end we took pictures. My camera ended up having a break down with a low battery so i ended up with no pictures. So Jandy had them all....pooh. And i made up a little something that i thought was a great idea since i had no pictures but it turned out crap. But i had a fantastic time....:)
