The lyrics listed below is a song that Terri Clark sings. I love the lyrics except i want to change a few lyrics to make sure im who you think i am....i DONT wanna drink tequila. I wanna do the complete opposite..except i always said i think it would be funny to try spiked eggnog at Christmas Parties. Haha...just to be rebel, but i probably never will. Yep thats my change of words for ya:)

Band Competition -Part 1

On Saturday the 23rd i went and performed in a band competition. Just a few words could explain how this went and you can imagine the rest....IT POURED....FOREVER!!! IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!! haha. it started out we met at the high school at 12pm to load up the buses. Me and Jaclyn were there and i was actually sick but wanted to make the best of it. Lexi showed up and decided which bus to ride on. This bus trip was going to be long since we were going to Orem so i knew we needed a good bus. Well the good bus happened to already be pretty much taken up except the front seats werent just as good as going on another bus. We go on the other bus in the back thinking we are all cool and then we notice that nobody cool was on this bus.So we packed up our stuff again and headed back to the cool bus saying that it would just be better to at least be on it in the front. So on we went and on i went getting sick. I WAS NOT FEELING GOOD! I kept on feeling like i was going to barf. We finally arrived at our destination. We sat down in the football field bleachers and watched other bands compete. they were all amazing and looked amazing in their amazing uniforms. I felt stupid. Later on i was treated to a small sprite that saved me from my erupiton of guts all over. I recovered and was read to dominate. We were leaving to our bus to get our instruments. Then it POURED!!! LITERALLLY POURED!!! We were soaked. We warmed up in a soccer field a few blocks away from the football field. It was still pouring. I noticed that we were amazing though without any sissy ponchos and our drums were literally having sychronized rain droplet competitions. Every time the drums would hit a note water droplets would pop up in the air synchronized. We marched out on the field wet since the rain had stopped. We performed on a super muddy slick field but thats alright-we loved the mark it put on us that we were tough. After we did amazingly awesome-urggg..kinda:)- then the announcer said for a standing ovation for us .! I felt special :)

My favorite class?......SEMINARY!

YA thats right. im the spiritual nerd. but the deepness of the lessons are amazing. i know im not the only one who notices this.
Today we had a lesson on Christs suffering-D&C 19. Incase you all wanna check it out:) But on the board Brother Springer wrote these three questions
1) What do you worry about?
2) What makes you most unhappy?
3) What makes you happy?
I will not reveal my answers but they were what i felt and i know thats what Brother Springer said.
This was really deep cuz we were able to hear everyones answers but we didnt say who wrote them. Brother Springer didnt even know since we didnt put our names on them. He said it was between us nad Heavenly Father. Some people worried about grades, school, cheer, or if anybody like us. Brother Springer said that there are kids worrying if they will live to see tomorrow or when their next meal will be. We are so blessed and lucky to live in the land and time we live in now!! Its awesome. Im in awe that Heavenly Father chose me and my friends and my grade and school to live in the hardest times yet. As much temptation there was back then-we have it worse. We are here right now because He knew we could make it and do whats right. i love what insight Seminary has given me ! I love feeling spiritual. best feeling anywhere on earth!! Plus our seminary class is the best! Today i called Karli a sycopath. btw-shes my cousin and i sit by her-shes a junior- i started singing "If i DIe Young"song. She said shell guarntee that i will die young. Then i t0ld her i will pluck every last on of her hairs off her eyebrows:) haha its so fun especiall when Brother Springers son RJ is in there:)

Absolutely boy free

You know that feeling when you have the bestest crush in the world? The one where you cant stop thinking about and people say your in love then but you know your not? Well, me ....am free of this feeling. I decided i CANNOT have crushes. Its not possible for me. I have made a goal that i will not have crushes cuz they will soon enough find out and it will hurt. I know ...believe me, I KNOW! I think i will just stay friends with these boys. Cuz the even possibilites of who i will like will most likely be my best friend!!
See , i do have the littlest feelings for this kid,but like i said , hes my best friend!!! I CANT DO IT!!! So i will not give my heart away just yet.....im boy free!

Homcoming Band Performance

Band rocks!!
This is our Delta High School Band. I happen to be in it playing the flute along with my Bf lexi topham and Brooke Finlinson. :) Its awesome to be in band...even though the boys in my grade and even the girls think we are nerds but that doesnt matter, well it used ta but not anymore. I get to hang with my awesome nerd friends in the band and thats all that matters:) This is our homecoming performance on Friday the 8th for homecoming. we were the halftime entertainment where we did a Beatles field show. we had to memorize 4 beatles songs along with about 3 or 4 formations per song. It was pretty amazing. I think the crowd liked it. :):):)

Decorating Halls mixed with Soccer party

WOW! i just had the time of my life:)Decorating halls for homecoming has been the best time ive had all year! It was so fun to get down to work with your friends in your grade and just tape up paper to the walls:) Well, with other stuff also. But really i had a blast. It started out we had to tape up about 100 yards of brown paper to a wall and then another 100 yards to the other side of the wall. While mostly me ,jaron, and taylor were doing that then everyone was busy taping pirate themed "accesories" to the paper. It was so fun just trying to get the tape to stick while me and jaron were up on the ladder at the same time trying to tape paper up or keeping it down. Thanks to our supervisor Dori-jarons mom- we had it turn out just fine. Then that night after we were kicked out then i went Allyson Harris's house where we were ready to kidnap the seniors. We had finished kidnapping them at about 2am where some of us stayed up late to play games and play "just dance" . I eventually went to bed at about 4am the latest i have stayed up! i was so happy:) I have never done that before. Then i left about 8am then went home to shower then went back in town to finish decorating at 10am. Then thats where i didnt care if i was tired. I had so much fun just laughing at what kids did:) even though i was probably expressionless and monotone throughout the whole thing, i enjoyed it.:)
